Do you really come to me in person?
Yes. Within about thirty miles of Lena and Freeport there is no travel charge, and I will go farther for the right project. A lot of the work I can also do remotely, so distance is rarely a dealbreaker.
I am not a computer person at all. Is that a problem?
No. That is the entire point of hiring me. I speak plain English, handle the technical side, and leave you with something simple to use. You never have to become the tech person.
Do you only work with big companies?
Not at all. I help one-person craft shops, family farms, machine shops, restaurants, and law offices. A dairy and an Etsy seller both get the same me.
How much is this going to cost?
Every package on this page has a starting price, so you are never guessing. Your exact number comes after I look at what you actually need. Agencies charge far more for the same work. I keep it honest for local businesses.
What areas do you serve?
In person: Lena, Pearl City, McConnell, Freeport, Orangeville, Winslow, Stockton, Warren, Pecatonica, and Durand, plus Monroe, Argyle, and Brodhead across the Wisconsin line, and the farms and towns in between. I will go out to Rockford or Beloit for the right job. Online work, I take from anywhere.
I already have a website or an online store. Can you still help?
Yes, and fixing what you already have is often the fastest win. I will tell you honestly whether it is worth cleaning up or worth rebuilding, and I will not sell you a rebuild you do not need.
Will AI replace my employees?
That is not what I sell. I put AI on the repetitive work nobody enjoys, so your people spend their time on the things that actually need a human. It gives you back hours, not layoffs.
How does paying work?
Simple, and you never pay before you know exactly what you are getting. Once we agree on the work, I send you a secure link or invoice you can pay by card or bank, or you can write a check if you would rather. Monthly plans bill automatically, so you never have to think about it.
